COVID-19 testing and treatment is available to everyone in Texas regardless of their insurance or immigration status.
you will have to provide an ID that has your name and address. this gets you temporary numbers that qualify you for immediate care.
This is not the same as free testing to "everyone" insured and uninsured obtainable at federally funded healthcare centers. This handles testing and treatment for those that have no coverage at all.
